Kanga

The Kanga is manufactured of durable lightweight aluminium. It can also be folded for easy transportation and space saving storage.

This chair has an excellent built-in growth frame which is width adjustable and can be configured for 10", 12" and 14". The seating system and positioning accessories must be changed accordingly. There is also a height and angle adjustable flip-back armrests to facilitate side transfer. The attendant handles of the chair are height adjustable to suit the attendants requirements.

The chair has a tilt-in-space up to 45° which provides pressure relief and extra positioning options. It also has 6" adjustable seat depth to ensure the users requirements are met. Another feature of the Kanga wheelchair is that the seat to back angle adjustment allows the user to find their most comfortable position.

This chair also has important safety features such as an angled seat to prevent forward sliding and height adjustable anti-tippers provide stability and security. The swing-away footrests are also height adjustable with foot and ankle positioner to assist transfer. Angle adjustable footplates provide comfortable support for legs and feet.

This wheelchair has 20" rear semi-pneumatic quick-release wheels.
