Community Cushion
The Community Cushion was designed by Ableworld in conjunction with the Tissue Viability Department at the Countess of Chester Hospital. It comprises of highly resilient, dense and pliable base foam for support and a visco-elastic layer on the top to provide comfort and pressure reduction.
Suitable for users with High Risk of developing pressure ulcers
The Community Cushion has been developed by our Specialist Mobility Equipment team at Ableworld in conjunction with the Tissue Viability Department at the Countess of Chester Hospital, as a great pressure care solution for many of our customers needs.
It is made up of highly resilient, dense and pliable base foam for support and a visco-elastic layer on the top to provide comfort and pressure reduction.
Designed for patents at High risk of pressure ulcer damage the community cushion, by Ableworld adapts to the users unique body shape to give excellent pressure redistribution. If there are any changes in the users position, the cushion will re-mold to their shape within ten seconds to ensure support is continually provided
